El Archivo Municipal de Haro es un tesoro de nuestra historia local, donde se preservan documentos y registros que narran el pasado de nuestra comunidad. Explora nuestras colecciones y sumérgete en la rica herencia cultural de Haro.

El Archivo Municipal

El Archivo Municipal de Haro recoge la documentación producida y recibida por esta Institución desde el siglo XIII. El documento más antiguo está fechado en el año 1286.

Custodia tres fondos: el Municipal, el Judicial Municipal y el de la Cámara Agraria Local.

Su volumen es de unas 6.443 cajas inventariadas (806 metros lineales)

  • Fondo Municipal (1286-Actualidad)
    6.100 cajas = 763 Metros lineales
  • Fondo Judicial Municipal (1820-1966)
    125 cajas = 16 Metros lineales
  • Fondo Cámara Agraria Local (1881-1997)
    218 cajas = 27 metros lineales

Los depósitos se hallan divididos en dos emplazamientos distintos: Casa Consistorial y Palacio de los Condes de Haro.

El acceso a la documentación es libre, únicamente condicionado a las tareas de organización y a las derivadas de la aplicación de la legislación. Se realiza desde el Ayuntamiento, en horario de oficinas, de lunes a viernes.
