In the city centre there is an typical zone to go for a walk, have a few glasses of wine, and taste a wide range of "tapas" that are offered in the bars. It is the famous "Horseshoe", what includes Saint Thomas Street, Church Square, San Martin and Bilibio.
By the other hand, because Haro is the region centre and a summer resort you can find here a lot of pubs and bars as in a bigger city. The locals where you can go out in the afternoon and evening are: Paz Square, Arrabal, Saint Thomas Street, Saint Bernardo, La Costanilla, Granada Street, Cross Square, and LA Vega Street. Another zones of the city are Mercadillo, Garcia Gato Square, Paz Square,etc..
