- B type. Wineries from XVII century and later built according typical Rioja structure. Through a window, closely to the vineyard, grapes drop to the lake. Usually there are "lakes" and are long, containing barrels and casks. Santa Lucia Hill. Likewise many of them are long CALADOS. Present Industrial examples are "Berceo" and "Lecanda".

- C type. Train Station neighborhood complex originated in 1877. The elaboration zone is located on surface and extension, to North, is conservation CALADO. The oldest of the remaining is "Tondonia" with its CALADO of 1892. Others are "Bilbainas" and "Roda".
- D type. Also within the train station neighborhood, but in the south of the previous one with semi-underground CALADOS. "La Rioja Alta", " "Gomez Cruzado", "CVNE" and "Muga".

- E and F type. From different periods of time, from 1885 to 1990. Premises build on surface and in some cases, under surface, built by digging, armed with concrete and covered. E: "Rioja Santiago", "Martinez Lacuesta" and "Ibaiondo". F: "Enological", "Paternina", "Carlos Serres", "Ramon Bilbao", "Virgen de la Vega copo", and Olábarri". Founding dates starts on 1877 with "Viña Tondonia" or "Roda" until present time.
