An industrial area of the future that is available TODAY. Haro is located between two of the major development cores at national level and with a wide projection towards Europe. This zone has a clean environment and there's plenty of water, and also one of biggest degree of electrification in Spain, allowing the establihment of companies with high consumes. There are also important networks and a gas pipeline that guarantee the gas supply.

This industrial area is equipped for the future challenges: optical fibre covers the future communication and information needs.

The total surface of the plots of land in the expected industrial actuation is 167.658,25 m2, which are split between 54.629,25 m2 of small industrial plot and 113.029 m2 of general industrial plot and variable surfaces. These figures shows a total occupation of built-up surface of 11440,79 m2 and also 136.669,54 of suitable for building are.

It is expected a number of 143 plots of land, covering form small plots to nest plots, and also plots of big surface.

The expected total power is 2842 kVA. Its features are:
- High voltage net, aerial at 13,2 kV with LA-110 and LA-56 cable, metallic and concrete towers to supply plots with high demand, and a Low voltage net that can cover the total amount of the parcels, if its demand is not too big. This net is aerial, over concrete pillars, with aluminium plaiting cable of 150 mm2 cross section at 380/220V.
The undertaken of both forms of supply will be carried out from the nearest support to the plot, usually located in one of its limits. There are six Centres of Transformation.
The control is automated, with on and off for by electronic programmer and it has also a hourly clock to reduce the consume to the half from a previous established hour.

Water drinkable availability is complete and it is taken through a local municipal net of 250 mm of diameter. Daily average (consume in 24 hours) is 1 litre per second and met hectare by parcel.
