In this IVth Symposium, there will be different simultaneous group sessions focused on the different disciplines of each investigator. The investigators have a reservation to talk in the group session in which his discipline is related.

In order to guarantee and propitiate the exchange of results from the investigations that were carried out in the different disciplines about wine culture and its historical evolution and instigate debates among the investigators, the last session of the IV Symposium ( that will be plenary ) will be dedicated to talking about the achievements made in each simultaneous group session that were presented during the first two days of the Symposium.
